Goal

We want to grow steadily and profitably in every way. Organically, we are targeting growth in customers, retailers and sales channels for our current platforms. To do this, we are using our in-house expertise in technology and marketing as well as our sales staff and their network. At the same time, we are always thinking of inorganic growth, of acquisitions of further platforms. We want to leave the acquisitions as autonomous as possible in their day-to-day business, strategically contributing our strengths. Our experience here has been consistently positive, with operational leadership clearly recognizing the added value of our experience. We are often asked directly by the founders of independent platforms whether we are interested in joining them. We always consider this very carefully and with great interest; the main prerequisite for us is the focus on connecting brick and mortar retailers.
