Our top management is constantly working to move our company forward. Our company is headed by Dr. Dominik P. Benner, Christian Lange, Joachim Frost and Jürgen Hanke. Together they manage the business successfully.
After studying business administration at the University of St. Gallen and at Insead Fontaineblau, Dr. Benner received his Dr. oec. HSG degree. After holding various management positions and holding power of attorney at Bilfinger Berger, Dr Benner was appointed Managing Director within the juwi Group in 2011, where he held several management and project positions. In 2012, he joined the family business, which he transformed completely in the direction of e-commerce. Since 2013, numerous platforms such as Shoes24 and Outfits24 have been created, and since 2018, active acquisitions of companies have been made to achieve more strategic reach. Dominik Benner is married, lives in Wiesbaden and has two children.
As COO, Christian Lange knows e-commerce like few others and has gained experience in various industries. Among other things, he was in charge of leading e-commerce companies in the bike sector (Lucky Bike) as well as sports (Hammer Sports) . With his expertise, he has already supported many other companies on their journey in online trade and growth. Christian Lange lives a private life in Wiesbaden.
Joachim Frost has a degree in mathematics and economics. He has worked in numerous positions in finance, from controller to commercial director, most recently at Leica Biosystems. He has gained experience in various sectors, including within listed/multinational companies such as the Hertz Group. Joachim Frost is married, lives in Wiesbaden and has two daughters.
Jürgen Hanke is responsible for our partners as CSO and Head of Partner Divisions. He has over 25 years of experience in trade, consulting and production. At the ANWR Group he was responsible for key account areas in the shoe and sports trade, before that he held leading positions in several affiliated groups and consulting companies.
Jürgen Hanke lives a private life in Niedernhausen and has two children.
is a manager and an official. Since 2020, he has been an independent entrepreneur in the field of consulting, building value platforms, investments, and data-driven business management.
has relevant experience in eCommerce, thanks in part to his time at Rocket Internet in Berlin. For example, he built up Casa Home & Living as CEO, which today is part of home24. He also contributes to the sustainable financial development of our company with his experience in investment banking.
is managing director at Ariston Informatik as well as the Brandt Software Group. He is responsible for software development, ERP technologies and cloud services – always with a focus on developing the best IT solutions for systems and their users.
Dr. Wolfang Schulz is a lawyer and has been assisting listed companies in Germany in supervisory board roles for more than 20 years.
holds a doctorate in business administration and mathematics and joined Bain & Company as a management consultant in 2007. After a brief stint at a Swiss company, he was appointed Head of Controlling & Business Intelligence at Westwing Home & Living in late 2011.
In 2013, he was named CFO and also acts as an authorized signatory.
