A contract for 51% of the company\u2019s shares was signed on 24 March 2025. Closing is expected in April 2025. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.    <\/p>\n<p>fintus has successfully positioned itself as a platform for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products for highly<br \/>regulated financial institutions in Germany and Austria. The core of the acquired software portfolio is the lowcode enterprise software for financial institutions fintus. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Dominik Benner, CEO of The Platform Group AG<\/strong>: \u201cWith the investment in fintus, we are continuing to grow<br \/>in the area of finance platforms following the acquisition of FirstWire.
